What we collect

• Playback and app events (play, stop, which show is on) so the desk can see listenership.
• A random session id stored on the device. It is not your name or account.
• A push token if you allow notifications, so we can send news, shows, and station alerts.
• Contact details you type into the website contact or subscribe forms.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not use your information to track you across other companies’ apps or websites. The apps do not ask for your location, contacts, camera, or microphone.

Who sees it

Data stays with PlayKE and the hosts that run the API, database, and push delivery. Stream servers only receive the live audio or video request itself.

How long we keep it

Listen and analytics events are kept to operate the station. Push tokens are removed when they stop working. You can turn notifications off in system settings at any time.
